Construction marketing agency for Dallas-Fort Worth contractors.

Bid-ready websites, qualification materials, project film and search for general contractors, specialty trades and design-builders across Dallas-Fort Worth.

A construction marketing agency in Dallas markets to owners with more money to spend than almost anywhere. Dallas ISD voters approved a $6.2 billion bond on 2 May 2026, the largest school bond in Texas history, with $5.9 billion for construction. DFW Airport awarded more than $940 million of Terminal C work on 6 August 2026, and TxDOT's new ten-year plan totals about $138 billion. The City of Dallas replaced its M/WBE goals with the DRIVE small-business policy for solicitations issued after 1 March 2026, with a 33% benchmark for construction. Each owner checks different things before a contractor makes the list. TERAMOK builds what they check: a projects-first website, safety and certification records, qualification packs, project film and search. TERAMOK is headquartered in Chicago and serves Dallas-Fort Worth nationally, with our own crew flying in for production. We do not have a Dallas office or a published Dallas client yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Dallas contractors usually pair this with contractor website design and published pricing.

Questions Dallas contractors ask about marketing.

Texas has no state license for general contractors; cities register them instead. The City of Dallas registration form lists $120 a year and Fort Worth charges $168.75. Trades are licensed separately: electricians by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which requires the contractor's name and TECL license number on every advertisement and in two-inch letters on both sides of work vehicles (16 TAC 73.51).

DRIVE replaced the city's Business Inclusion and Development M/WBE goals for solicitations issued after 1 March 2026. It is a race-neutral small-business program for contracts over $100,000, with annual benchmarks of 33% for construction, 34% for architecture and engineering and 38% for professional services, and a First Look program for smaller contracts. Certified small businesses should say so on their website and in every qualification pack.

Voters approved all four propositions of a $6.2 billion bond on 2 May 2026, with Proposition A providing $5.9 billion for construction, the largest school bond in Texas history. It follows the district's $3.47 billion 2020 bond.

The airport board approved more than $940 million of Terminal C work on 6 August 2026, including an $832.2 million contract, within a capital plan the airport describes as nearly $9 billion. For its small business programs, the airport's market area covers 13 North Texas counties.

A contractor website starts at $18,000, film at $15,000 and a firm brand at $12,000, with retainers of $8,000 to $25,000 per month, all published. Production travel is scoped before contract.
