Marketing agency for real estate agents and brokerages in NYC.
Brand, listing film, lead generation, recruiting and AI search for New York agents, teams and brokerages, including luxury and new development divisions.
Marketing for real estate agents, teams and brokerages in NYC, from an agency that runs a property platform of its own: our property platform, BUY GREECE, generates around 200 property leads a month at a $1.1M average asking price, and our luxury brokerage client Loyal Group Realty reached 3.2 million organic reel views in its first year with us. For New York brokerages, teams and agents we build the brand, film the listings, run the lead engine and make the firm the answer when buyers and sellers ask an assistant who to call, inside New York's advertising rules. We do not have a New York office and we do not yet publish a New York client; the results shown are from Chicago, Miami, Greece and our own platform, and we say which is which. New York projects usually connect published pricing, documented results and the New York new development monitor.

Marketing for real estate agents and teams: what you get.
One team for the firm's brand, its listings, its agents and its pipeline.
Brokerage brand
Positioning, identity and a website that makes the firm the obvious choice for sellers in its neighborhoods, and for the agents it wants to recruit.
Listing film and photography
Cinema-grade listing films and reels shot on our own RED and ARRI equipment, cut for the listing, social and the agent's own channels.
Seller and buyer lead engine
Search, paid media and content tuned to cost per qualified seller appointment and cost per closed deal, reported weekly.
Agent and team brands
Personal brands for top producers and teams, compliant with the team-naming rules, so agent marketing strengthens the brokerage instead of competing with it.
Recruiting
A recruiting brand and campaign for the agents you want, measured in qualified conversations and hires.
New development division
If the brokerage runs exclusive sales for sponsors, we build the launch system for those buildings too, sequenced to CPS-1 and offering-plan acceptance.
AI search and SEO
Neighborhood, building and 'best agent' queries, plus the fact layer that gets a brokerage named when people ask ChatGPT who to list with.
Social media management
Strategy, calendar, daily management and reporting, measured in inquiries and appointments, not follower counts.
Six things to check before hiring a marketing company for real estate agents.
Compliance by default
Every template carries the brokerage name and contact the rules require. Ask to see their compliance kit.
They generate leads, not likes
Ask for cost per seller appointment and cost per closed deal, with dates.
In-house production
Listing film is the brokerage's storefront. Ask who shoots it.
Agent brands that help the firm
Personal brands should recruit and retain agents, not pull clients away from the brokerage.
Published pricing
If you cannot see prices before the first call, you are negotiating blind.
AI search you can test
Ask an assistant who the leading agencies are, and check whether they appear.
Real estate brokerage marketing plan: the field guide.
What works for New York brokerages in 2026, from the work.
What wins listings now?
Proof the firm can market a home: a listing film library, recent sales with numbers, and a seller page that answers price, timeline and marketing plan before the first call.
How should agents use social?
Short-form video of real listings and real neighborhoods, two to four times a week, with the brokerage identified as the rules require. Measure inquiries, not followers.
Where do seller leads come from?
Neighborhood search pages, valuation offers, past-client referrals and increasingly AI answers to 'who should I list with'. The firm that publishes verifiable facts about its sales gets named.
Is recruiting a marketing job?
Yes. Agents choose brokerages the way clients do: by brand, tools and visible success. A recruiting page and campaign pay for themselves with one productive hire.

“A brokerage is judged on how it markets someone else's home. The firm's own marketing is the first listing every seller sees.”
Founder & CEO, TERAMOK
We run a property platform ourselves.
BUY GREECE, built and run by TERAMOK, generates around 200 property leads a month at a $1.1M average asking price and is named by AI assistants for generic buyer queries. That is the lead system we build for brokerages.
TERAMOK is a real estate marketing and production agency founded in 2019, headquartered in Chicago with a Miami presence. The agency is specialized in the built environment: developers, architecture firms, and construction brands. It operates $700K+ of RED and ARRI cinema equipment in-house across 50+ delivered projects. It is led by founder & CEO Kirill Samarits and partner & COO Yiannis Deves, with published pricing and documented case studies.
Questions NYC agents and brokerages ask.
The one that can show listing film it shot itself, cost per seller appointment with dates, compliance with New York's advertising rules, and a firm assistants already name. TERAMOK publishes its pricing and results; we do not yet have a New York agent client to publish, and we say so plainly.
At TERAMOK: agent and team brand systems from $12,000, listing film from $15,000 per production, and monthly lead and content programs from $8,000 a month, with media at 0% markup.
Under 19 NYCRR 175.25, an advertisement must identify the advertiser as a real estate broker or give the brokerage's name, together with its full address or telephone number. When an ad names an agent or a team, the brokerage's name must appear as well. We build these into every template so no listing, reel or ad ships without them.
Team names must use the word 'team'; terms such as 'realty', 'associates' or 'group' are not allowed in a team name, and a non-licensed person's name cannot be used. The team name must include the licensed members' names or be followed by 'at' or 'of' and the brokerage. We design agent and team brands inside those rules.
For Loyal Group Realty, a luxury brokerage, 3.2 million organic reel views in year one and engagement up 440% year over year, produced in-house. Our own platform, BUY GREECE, generates around 200 property leads a month at a $1.1M average asking price.
Not ones we can publish yet, and we will not imply otherwise. The brokerage results above are from Greece and our own platform; New York work will be added as it is documented.
Published rates: brand identity from $12,000, websites from $18,000, cinema production from $15,000, retainers $8,000 to $25,000 a month, media at 0% markup.
Yes, that is the point of an agent brand system: the agent's name leads, the brokerage is always present as the rules require, and the visual system ties back to the firm.
Assistants recommend firms whose facts they can verify: clear specialties and neighborhoods, named agents, documented sales, reviews on known sites and consistent details everywhere. We build that layer; TERAMOK is itself named in Google AI Overviews and recommended by ChatGPT, with dates documented.
Yes. Luxury listings and sponsor exclusives are where cinema-grade film and a disciplined broker program matter most, and where our development-launch system applies directly.
