Construction marketing for Los Angeles contractors in the rebuild years

We help Los Angeles contractors win rebuild and residential work by putting permitted, finished jobs and a checkable license number in front of homeowners.

Since the January 2025 fires, permits move faster and owners choose builders sooner, often while plans are still in review. We film your sites, build job pages with permit dates, and run search, social and ads that follow California's contractor advertising rules. Our rates are published.

EO 1 rebuild deadline

LADBS says permits must be pulled before 13 January 2032 to use the EO 1 streamlined path. Plan marketing for a rebuild that lasts years, not one season.

Jan 2025: Handyperson limit rises to $1,000

AB 2622 lets unlicensed people take jobs under $1,000 with no employees and no permit, and they may advertise if they state they are unlicensed. Owners now see more small-job ads, so a visible license number counts for more.

7 Jan 2025: Palisades and Eaton fires

Nearly 13,000 homes were lost. Like-for-like rebuilds got a faster route under the Mayor's Emergency Executive Order 1.

Apr 2025: Self-certification ordered

Emergency Executive Order No. 6 told LADBS to let certified architects and civil engineers vouch for code compliance on eligible single-family rebuilds. Plan review is skipped; site inspections are not.

Jan 2026: Rebuild permits three times faster

Over 2,600 home rebuild permits were out across both burn areas and 3,340 were in review, and planning sign-offs had dropped from about three months to three days.

Mar 2026: Pre-approved Palisades plans

A collection of standard plans from between 976 and 1,500 square feet opened to Palisades owners. Builders who know those plans can price them faster than a custom design.

Pay for marketing the way an owner pays for a draw

I look at a contractor's marketing the way a lender looks at a draw schedule: money goes out against proof of progress. That is why every agreement we sign has three break points (30, 60 and 90 days in), and none runs a 12-month lock-in.

For most builders a social program from $3,500 monthly, or ads managed from $3,500 monthly, is the right first step, with every ad account in your company's name. If the leads are not the jobs you want by day 60, we change course or you stop.

10,592 Instagram profile visits in 90 days

On one client account, TERAMOK-reported: profile visits rose 1,190% and business address taps reached 332, up 1,085%. An address tap is the nearest thing social offers to an owner asking where you are based. This was not a Los Angeles client.

What Los Angeles contractors ask before hiring us

Yes. CSLB states that licensed contractors must include their license number in all forms of advertising, and its guidance counts any website or post that solicits business. We place it on each ad, web page and video end card.

Faster than before the fires. CalMatters reported in January 2026 that rebuild permits were moving roughly 3x quicker than in the five years before the fires. Shovels put the pre-fire averages at 79 days in the City and 131 days in the County.

That depends on your license class and capacity. By Shovels' count Altadena had $2.78 billion of permitted post-fire job value in early 2026, while much Palisades work was still at the grading stage. We target by permit stage as well as neighborhood.

No. That performance offer is for Chicago trades only. Los Angeles contractors buy the standard programs at published prices, with the same 30, 60 and 90 day exits.

Yes, under your site safety rules and with the owner's permission. The crew flies in from Chicago, so we group several sites into one trip to keep travel low.
